If you need to return your purchase, you can return it anytime within 30 days. Just give us a call or send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will review your request and confirm or deny the return request.
Here is a short list of conditions:
- Food Items must be in the original packaging and 3/4 or more full.
- Canned food must be unopened
- Supplements are non-refundable due to the sensitivity of the product.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- All other returns must be in sellable condition (unused and in its original packaging with the tags still attached)
- All returns are subject to approval and will be credited to the original form of payment method.
